Mainstream program since 1990 We
dance the CALLERLAB mainstream program in New Carrollton, Maryland. We
sometimes mix in an occasional linedance, round, or contra. Our caller is Jim Wass. Jim and his wife Ann founded the club in January
1990 as he taught his first beginner
class.
LOCATIONS: (School year) Robert Frost
Elementary School, 6419 85th Avenue, New Carrollton, MD - from north
side of DC Beltway take Kenilworth Avenue south to Good Luck Road (turn left)
approximately 2 miles to Cathedral Ave (turn right); Cathedral ends at 85th
Avenue (turn left); school is in front of you; we usually dance in the cafeteria
(just inside from the main entrance) (Summer) New
Carrollton Municipal Center,6016 Princess Garden Parkway - take the DC Beltway
to the MD 450 (E) exit going toward Bowie; bear right and follow signs to P.G. Parkway
(you will be making a long U-turn under 450; turn right into P.G. Parkway; center is
a quarter mile or so on the left.
